I work with small business owners who know something in their operation is off. Usually that’s someone running a small operation, maybe just you or a few people, where you’re wearing most of the hats and the way you do things has been patched together over time rather than actually built. The work is taking longer than it should, mistakes keep slipping through, and the workarounds have piled up to the point where nobody’s really sure how things are supposed to run anymore.

I find what’s broken, show you exactly why it’s happening, and fix it. Sometimes that’s a rebuilt system in Excel. Sometimes it’s cleaning up a process that’s grown too complicated for its own good. Either way, you walk away with something that actually works and you’ll be able to tell the difference on day one.

The problem

You built your process to handle the business you had. Then the business grew, and the process never kept up.

Then I fix it. That usually means simplifying the steps, removing the ones that don’t need to be there, and building in automatic checks so problems surface before they become real headaches. I work mostly in Excel, sometimes with other tools depending on what fits your setup best.

I’m a one-person shop, so you work directly with me start to finish. I’m not going to hand you off to someone who has to re-learn your business from scratch.

You’ll walk away with a clear picture even if you decide not to go further. If you move forward with a project, the $300 comes off your total.

I spent years as an accountant building these kinds of systems for the businesses I worked in; the kind that turn a half-day process into something that runs in twenty minutes. I know what a well-built process looks like, and I know what a duct-taped one looks like too, because I’ve seen plenty of both.
